BASIC 2 AT THE FOUNDATIONAL LEARNING CENTER
Alade David is a unique one. Raised by separated parents, he lived with his mother who is a trader and always traveling. David stopped attending the school he was enrolled in Kwara state when he realized that he was unable to read and write. He started joining some boys learning ‘Meco’ (a local mechanical workshop in Nigeria usually found in rural and marginalized communities). The father discovered this and took him to start staying with him so he could have access to proper education. It was on this note that David came and we realized he is a smart boy but lacks proper attention. David has learnt and has completed Basic reading and writing. He can read Queen Primer 1 and 2 and write it. David aspires to become a pilot. Help David stay committed to Education.
