John Victor is the first child in his family. With a father who farms for a living, his family mostly survives on whatever crops the farm yields. Like his siblings, Victor never had the chance to attend good schools. Hoping things would improve, his mother once sent him far away—but instead of being in a classroom, Victor ended up working on another farm, still missing out on an education. Life remained challenging until a friend told Victor about Bramble. After joining, everything changed. He learned to read and spell for the first time and began growing in confidence. Where Victor used to feel angry and sad, he now has a family at Bramble that encourages him, helping him become happier and kinder each day.
